These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77db platform. By registering an account or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 77db platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing bets, making deposits, or claiming promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 77db. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.
77db reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the 77db platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 77db reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time.
To use 77db, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- Be a natural person (individual) and not acting on behalf of a corporation, business, or other legal entity when registering a personal account.
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering and keep that information current throughout the life of your account.
- Not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law at the time you access the platform.
- Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or close relative of an employee of 77db or any of its affiliated game providers.
77db conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in line with standard industry practices. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each person may register only one (1) account on the 77db platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
Account holder responsibilities:
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 77db account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
- You must keep your password and mobile number associated with the account private. Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify 77db immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team.
- Account transfers, sales, or assignments to other parties are not permitted. Your 77db account is personal to you and is non-transferable.
77db may suspend or close your account if:
- You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during a KYC review.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of prohibited software is detected on your account.
- You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the age restriction policy.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 77db platform are subject to the following rules. 77db uses SSL encryption on all payment pages. Funds deposited to your 77db account may only be used for placing bets and playing games on the platform.
Deposit rules:
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no minimum on the number of deposits you may make.
- Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Available channels may vary.
- Funds deposited via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your 77db wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may be longer.
- 77db does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your 77db account. Mismatched funding sources may result in deposit reversal and account review.
Withdrawal rules:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the deposit. 77db does not send withdrawal funds to third-party accounts.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review. 77db reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or large amounts.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have met the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Pending bonus rollovers will be noted clearly in your account wallet at the time of the withdrawal request.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
77db offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and a player loyalty programme. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where the promotion-specific terms conflict with the general bonus rules below, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
General bonus rules:
- Each promotional offer is available to eligible players once only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount and eligible game categories are stated on each individual promotion page.
- Free spins, where awarded, are valid only on the designated slot game specified in the promotion. Free spin winnings may be subject to a separate rollover requirement.
- 77db reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already received a bonus at the time of amendment will not be retroactively affected, provided they are in compliance with the terms at the time the bonus was credited.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Only one promotion may be active on your account at any given time unless 77db indicates otherwise.
Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements while minimising exposure — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Responsible Gaming
77db is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and is strictly an adults-only platform for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. - Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your 77db account.
- Session time reminders — receive an automatic alert after a pre-set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.
- Temporary time-out — take a break from your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out your account remains open but bets and deposits are blocked.
- Self-exclusion — permanently close your 77db account. Once a self-exclusion request is processed it cannot be reversed. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable compliance checks.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77db platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided, and 77db reserves the right to recover any funds paid out as a result of the prohibited activity.
You must not:
- Use automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not available through the standard user interface.
- Collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit software bugs or errors for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
- Engage in money laundering or use the 77db platform to transfer, conceal, or process funds derived from any illegal activity.
- Place bets using a payment method that does not belong to you, or fund your account using a stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instrument.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or 77db staff members through any communication channel associated with the platform.
77db employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Suspicious activity patterns will trigger a compliance review which may result in account restriction pending investigation. Where criminal conduct is suspected, 77db may cooperate with relevant authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 77db platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, game interfaces, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 77db or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purpose.
The names, logos, and other identifying marks of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on this platform under the terms of the applicable licensing arrangements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77db and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Specific exclusions include:
- Interruptions or errors in the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond 77db's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, acts of nature, or government-imposed restrictions.
- Any loss arising from a player's own negligence, including failing to keep login credentials secure, failing to log out of shared devices, or acting on inaccurate information obtained from unofficial sources.
- Outcomes of games of chance, which by their nature are random and cannot be predicted or guaranteed. 77db does not warrant that any particular outcome will occur and accepts no liability for losses incurred in the normal course of play.
10. Amendments to These Terms
77db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77db will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players of significant changes via the contact details held on their account. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Your continued use of the 77db platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team if you wish to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of 77db. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be referred to binding arbitration. By using the 77db platform, you agree to submit to this dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.
